Product information on this Site is provided for orientation only. Because we serve B2B and OEM/ODM customers with configurable volumes, all prices, specifications, minimum order quantities and lead times are confirmed individually by written quotation. A binding contract arises only from a written order confirmation signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All site content, text, images and trademarks are the property of woCyber or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our registered place of business. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
