Certifications & Compliance

woCyber supplies security cameras and NAS hardware to distributors, installers, system integrators and private-label brands. Buyers rarely place a first order without the paperwork: a customs officer asks for a declaration of conformity, a tender file needs an equipment authorisation, and your own quality system needs a supplier certificate on record. This page is where we keep those documents, and where you can ask for the ones that are not published here yet.

Each certificate above is the current issue for the model family it names. The CE type examination covers our battery camera family (models F1–F20); the FCC grant is for FCC ID 2AKFO-F8; the cellular files belong to the SIMCom 4G modules we fit. If you are buying a specific SKU for a specific market, say so when you ask for the file — the declaration has to match the exact model and destination, and we would rather send you the right one than a generic copy.

Documents we can send on request

  • CE — the full RED test reports behind the type examination: EN 300 328 (radio), EN 301 489 (EMC) and EN 62368 (safety).
  • FCC — grant documentation and the internal/external photo set for FCC ID 2AKFO-F8.
  • RoHS — per-model restricted-substance reports; we hold them for more models than we publish.
  • 4G/LTE — module-level approvals for the cellular modules we fit: FCC, PTCRB, Verizon and T-Mobile network approvals, and the CE module certificate.

We publish what we can and send the rest by email because some documents are issued per model and per shipment. A request costs you one email; waiting until after the goods land at customs costs you considerably more.

Private label and OEM orders

For private-label and OEM projects the documentation set is larger. Beyond the certificates above, we prepare a model-specific conformity file, a packaging and label artwork package, and the customs paperwork that matches your import entity rather than ours. If your market requires a local agent for radio equipment, tell us at the quotation stage — it changes the lead time, not the price of the hardware.

What we cannot do

We will not date a certificate forward, put your brand on a declaration before the artwork is approved, or claim a certification for a model that has not been tested. If a certificate has expired and the renewal is in progress, we say so and give you the renewal date. Buyers who have been burned by a mismatched declaration tend to ask this question early; we would rather answer it plainly than have it surface at the port.

Request a document

Send the model name or SKU, the destination market, and the document you need. If it is already on file it goes out the same or next business day; if it has to be issued, we tell you how long that takes before you commit to anything.

Send a document request — or use the form on the product page you are looking at, with the inquiry type set to “OEM / ODM” or “Technical support”.
